Stress is a very common problem that can impact our daily life, health and wellbeing. I can help you to understand what is causing your stress and help you to learn strategies to become your own therapist in tackling your difficulties. We can focus on whatever is causing your stress levels to spiral - from supporting people with multiple demands, to helping to ensure you have a balanced lifestyle and introducing techniques around balancing different areas of life. Strategies are taught to help with prioritising demands, problem solving and assertiveness.

30 minute session is £55.

One hour is £77.
