Reiki is a Japanese word made up of 2 parts - Rei meaning  universal and Ki meaning life force that flows through everything.

 

Reiki is a healing energy channeled through the therapist, who channels the emery from a distance.  This simulates the bodies natural healing abilities. The essence of Reiki is to cleanse and balance the chakras to bring harmony to mind body and spirt, through a detoxifying process.
