What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is also referred to as tapping.   It is essentially a therapy where you tap a series of energy points or meridians on your body, with your finger tips. EFT has been referred to acupuncture without the needles. Once you have learned this technqiue, it can help you in all areas of your life personal, professional and social.

It is not only a great tool for adults but for children and teens too, enabling youngsters to identify feelings and emotions and start to help themselves.

When using this tool yourself it can help you manage physical and emotional pain, fears and anxiety. 

When used with a practitioner it can help you get to the root of the problem,  resolve fears and phobias help you come to terms with events in your past, overcome blocks to success in your personal social and business life and improve your self-image.
